Bounce is bringing the bar to you! The London based ground-breaking social concept and ‘The Home of Ping Pong’ has launched Wi5’s mobile Order & Pay solution in both its Old Street and Farringdon locations as of 18 November 2019 as part of its continued commitment to innovative technology.

Wi5 gives Bounce customers the ability to both order from the menu and pay within seconds directly from their phones without needing to queue at the bar, wait for a card machine or download an app. So, customers can have food and drinks delivered to their ping ping tables as they play.

Bonus: For a limited time, Bounce customers will receive a free bottle of Prosecco with every £25 spent on mobile … so if you’re in the capital city soon, make sure to stop by and enjoy the ease of the Order & Pay experience.

Adam Breeden, Founder of Bounce and Social Entertainment Ventures (SEV) said, “The philosophy of SEV has always been to exceed expectations in everything we do, and we’re really excited to be able to offer our guests a seamless way to order from our menu in just seconds, straight from their phone. Providing this type of convenience means everyone can spend more time doing what they came here to do – party around a ping pong table.”

Wi5 CEO, Prask Sutton, added that “we’re delighted to be working with such a forward thinking and innovative brand. Bounce’s dedication and focus on customer experience makes the addition of mobile Order & Pay a must have, and we’re excited to be embarking on this journey with Adam and the team at Bounce.”

Wi5 is a mobile Order & Pay solution for restaurants, bars and coffee shops that enables customers to use their mobiles to easily place and pay for orders. Menus are presented directly on the guest Wi-Fi landing page, or via a simple URL, so there’s no need to download an app. By removing all friction and frustration from the process, Wi5 gets more people ordering and paying on mobile. The result? Enhanced customer experience, improved operational efficiency and an increase in sales.
