Bounce, the London-based social entertainment concept, also widely known as ‘The Home of Ping Pong’ launched Wi5 to bring the industry’s fastest and most frictionless mobile Order & Pay solution to its customers. With Wi5, Bounce customers can now order food and drink directly to their tables without needing to queue at the bar.

With guests coming to Bounce to enjoy a social experience in a busy, vibrant environment, Wi5 now enables customers to order food and drink instantly without needing to download an app or create an account. By simply visiting a short URL, scanning a QR code or connecting to the guest Wi-Fi, customers are immediately able to browse a mobile-optimised menu, pulled automatically from the POS.

Wi5 provides multiple benefits to Bounce. For customers, the experience has removed any need to interrupt games of ping pong by queuing at the bar. For Bounce itself the solution frees up staff from taking orders and payments, and provides a wealth of customer insight.
